The main objective of Northstar School of Driving, L.L.C. is to develop special qualities in beginning drivers...
A strong sense of personal and social responsibility for their actions while driving and pride in maintaining high standard of performance in the operation of a motor vehicle.
Our course is designed to promote the safe, efficient use of motor vehicles and roadways and to prepare the beginning driver for socially useful vocations that may involve the use of a motor vehicle.
- Licensed & experienced instructors
- One student per car
- Minimum of 6 hours behind the wheel and 8 hours in classroom
- Mid-size or larger vehicles
- Smoke-free cars
- Driver's license test included
The program at Northstar will include the basic
techniques and skills of operating a motor vehicle safely and the
development of moral, legal and personal responsibilities as a
driver. We will teach the importance of basic auto maintenance,
orient the student to the traffic conditions of today and instill
proper attitudes toward the law, law enforcement officials, other
drivers and one's own vehicle. This type of training makes better
drivers and reduces the chance of accidents and emergencies.
What will this course cover?
- 6 hours of training behind the wheel
- 8 hours of classroom instruction
- How to avoid causing accidents
- How to avoid accidents caused by the mistakes of others
- What kinds of hazards await students on the roads... how to find them and recognize them and deal with them safely and efficiently
Student Responsibilities
- Students will be expected to acquire and demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to earn a license and gain a greater freedom of mobility.
- Students will be challenged to develop the judgment and sense of responsibility needed to apply the content of this course to the rest of their driving career.
Course Completion...
Upon completing the requirements of our course, the student will receive a Certificate of Completion and all accreditation necessary for insurance purposes.
